J. Fernando Arevalo, MD, PhD, FACS: Dr. Arevalo received the 2025 Author Service Award for his contributions to the International Journal of Retina and Vitreous. He also delivered the 2025 EVRS Zivojnovic Award Lecture at the EVRS Annual Meeting in Cancun, Mexico.

Reza Dana, MD, MSc, MPH: Dr. Dana received the 2025 Coronis Foundation Medal at the European Vision and Eye Research Annual Meeting in Florence, Italy. He also delivered the 2025 Keynote Lecture at the Kyoto Cornea Club in Kyoto, Japan.

Fatema Ghasia, MD: Dr. Ghasia has been promoted to Professor of Ophthalmology at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. She received the Tracy Hull, MD Professional Development Award at Cleveland Clinic and delivered invited presentations at the Gordon Research Conference (GRC) on Eye Movements and at the American Nystagmus Network meeting in Philadelphia.

Jennifer I. Lim, MD: Dr. Lim received the 2025 Heed-Gutman Award from the Society of Heed Fellows on October 18, 2025, presented at the Heed Luncheon during the American Academy of Ophthalmology Annual Meeting. She also received the 2025 AAO Secretariat Award. In addition, Dr. Lim was appointed the 2026 EyeWiki Editor‑in‑Chief.

Timothy J. McCulley, MD: Dr. McCulley was appointed as the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Neuro-Ophthalmology, effective July 1, 2026.

Christopher J. Rapuano, MD: Dr. Rapuano delivered the Hogan Ferguson Lecture at the University of Texas San Antonio on September 26, 2025, followed by the Walter J. Stark, Sr. Memorial Lectureship at the Dean McGee Eye Institute at the University of Oklahoma on September 29, 2025.

Alan L. Robin, MD: Dr. Robin received the President's Award at the 2026 American Glaucoma Society Annual Meeting.

Fredericus van Kuijk, MD, PHD: Dr. van Kuijk will serve as Chair ad interim of the Department of Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB).
